    Liability Agreement
    You will receive emails from over zealous Nerds wanting to provide a quote. This is exciting! But remember, Nerds are people too, so don't tease them! netNerds will charge a minimum of $19 if the Nerd does go over to your house, and $15 if the appointment is canceled by within 24 hours of the scheduled time. They will receive a text message that you have requested a quote, and be prompted to log on and provide it. When you see a quote you like, log on and accept it! Then enter in your credit card information. The Nerd will contact you after doing so to set up the appointment. Reminder: If you cancel within 24 hours your credit card will be charged our cancellation fee. You can cancel your quote request at any time.
    Risking being repetitive, by clicking continue, I (you! the customer) give permission for the Nerd to operate on my computer system in an attempt to troubleshoot and solve the problem that has prompted my request. In an effort to accomplish this diagnosis, I realize that my computer may experience unforeseen problems that were not initially evident before the Nerd arrived. I understand that by allowing the Nerd to enter my computer system, I am dissolving him of the liability that is associated with working on a computer, and understand that my computer may or may not operate “better” when he leaves than when he arrives. I am giving netNerds, LLC the authority to act as a mediator between myself and the Nerd should I or the Nerd requested this service. netNerds, LLC will review the problem, and request further information from both parties, if needed, in order to come to a fair and just resolution.
