Process
NetNerds is a connection service. We pride ourselves
on connecting those who are great at fixing computers (aka Nerds) and
those who are not (aka liberal arts majors).
These Nerds have completed four steps to become a
professional social outcast. Impressive, considering only bad acne does it
for most.
- Nerds have submitted
their resume. netNerds is what some would call a freeloader. We don't
train, We hire people who have been trained. Sneaky.
- Nerds have answered essay
questions about their inner most thoughts and what they think random ink
blots resemble. Some would call this a behavioral interview.
- Nerds have gone through
our tough technical phone interview, answering questions that they
probably knew by first grade.
- Nerds have had their ex -
girlfriends or boyfriends called to confirm their character. (A
reference check)
